Jeremy, the owner and operator will walk the project with you and evaluate the needs and scope of the project.
Question & Answer
This is where we can layout the plan for the project and answer any lingering concerns about expectations, crew & our methods.
Estimate Sent via email
Based on the previous two steps we will genereate. a comprehensive estaimte and send via email to the property manager/owner and set up a follow-up call to review.
Signed contracts get scheduled for the next available time slot. Remember that there are always estimates out and are scheduled once they are signed. A signed contract locks in your start date range.

Jeremy quickly assessed what needed to be done to replace shingles and fascia boards as well as paint our entire house including windows, doors and porches. He told us he would put a crew of five or six workers on the job and would knock it off in a week. He did just that taking three days to do the important prep work and then two days to do all the staining and painting. Every day, the crew cleaned up and they were sensitive to neighbors by keeping the noise down. JWD did what they promised and the quality of their work is excellent.
